1 Automated audits

Smart Racks

RuBee-enabled racks provide on-demand, real-time visibility of every weapon in storage. Existing racks can be outfitted with RuBee readers and antennas without requiring replacement. Automated scanning eliminates the need for manual counts while delivering fast, reliable reads.

2 Transfer of Custody

Issuance Station

Issuance stations automatically track RuBee weapons as they are issued and returned, while also verifying that personnel have the required authorizations and qualifications to receive them. Every transfer is automatically recorded with the weapon, the issuer, the receiving individual, and the timestamp—eliminating manual entries in both directions.

3 Access Point Security

Readers and antennas at access points provide an automated layer of security, detecting RuBee-tagged weapons as they enter or leave controlled areas and alerting personnel to unauthorized movement. Built-in audible and voice alerts provide immediate notification, with optional relay outputs for integration with existing access control systems.
